Goals for our shareholders
The objective of 4 Elements Resources Inc. is to create future value for shareholders by implementing the corporate strategy. This also includes that, at the appropriate time (short-, medium-, or long-term), a listing and tradability of the shares on a suitable stock exchange should be pursued. This can be achieved through an IPO by 4 Elements Resources Inc. or through a merger with a company already traded on a suitable stock exchange.
